About the Host

Host and Producer, Myles Bess works with PBS and KQED to make comprehensive videos that break down relevant topics for a Gen Z audience. Previously, Myles was a broadcast journalist at Oakland based non-profit, YR Media, where he reported on a range of topics covering juvenile justice, education, and community organizing issues that were published in the San Francisco Chronicle and NPR. Myles enjoys learning through his work and amplifying underrepresented groups.
